Each participant, provided they’ve registered on time, will receive a short sleeve running tech style T-shirt, race numbers and a goody bag.

Overall awards:
Awards will go to the top 3 men and women overall in the Sprint triathlon, Olympic triathlon and Sprint Duathlon.

Open Age Group Awards:
Awards go to the top 3 men and women in the following age groups: 13 – 15 (Sprint distance only), 16 – 19, 20 – 24, 25 – 29, 30 – 34, 35 – 39, 40 – 44, 45 -49, 50 – 54, 55 – 59, 60 – 64, 65 – 69 and 70 +

Clydesdale and Athena Awards:
Awards go to the top 3 men and women registered in the Clydesdale division in the following age groups: 39 & under, 40 & over.

Relay team awards:
Awards go to the top 3 male, female and co – ed teams (2 OR 3 person teams).
